Knowledge Management (KM)

We have a mastery of Knowledge Management coming from years of study in academia as well as the battlefields of Afghanistan. We map the flow of information to knowledge to operational relevance based on best practices from both the public and private sectors. We provide solutions through innovative processes that leverage today's best technology and business practices to support the strategic discipline of Knowledge Management and integrate multiple data sources into dashboards. We have developed a rigorous Training and Certification course for Knowledge Management practitioners and an introductory “KM Boot Camp”. We are the prime supporting the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE) since 2015 with Information / Knowledge Management services in support of their outreach mission. Training and Education

We are the prime, providing Educational services, Human Dynamics and Performance Program (HDP) support and support for the U.S. Army Special Operations Forces Captains Career Course. We provide training support for Special Forces, Civil Affairs and Military Information Support soldiers in support of Special Forces Regimental operational requirements. We provide educational services to Special Operations student soldiers attending the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Specific requirements include:

Information Technology, Information Assurance, and Cyber


We are providing Information Technology Services and Support for Mid-Atlantic Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) networked systems at tenant organizations on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. We provide Core C4IM Services, including Desktop Support functions, Enterprise Management, Systems Administration, and Dial Assistance. We provide Systems Administration and Network Security, including e-mail messaging systems administration; database administration services; web support services; file, print and mission server support; mission application support; database development; and data network services. We provide Information Assurance (IA) support. We provide specialized/custom support to tenant organizations as required by their specific mission requirements (Mission and Enhanced Support). Specific IT competencies include:

  • NET Web Applications - We use the .NET Framework to frame an information management capability to assist the SOF user in the expeditious development of tactical mission plans

Web-Portal Management


We are providing portal management services; the portal, known as "APCSSLink," is a sub-portal of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's "GlobalNet". We ensure the overall management of the structure and day-to-day support of APCSSLINK web-based portal as well as serve as the CSS point of contact and subject matter expert for developing online groups. Our specific tasks include:

  • Managing portal user accounts and analyzing portal use
  • Building and managing groups to support Courses and Workshops
  • Posting course materials, including on-line lectures
  • Portal training
  • E-learning support
